According to indicators from the Dubai Land and Property Authority, real estate transactions last week totaled 17.44 billion dirhams, marking a decrease from the previous week’s 19.43 billion dirhams.
The data shows that there were 3,603 total sales transactions last week, including 2,988 residential units, 280 buildings, and 335 plots of land.
The total value of mortgage loans last week was 3.28 billion dirhams, compared to 3.70 billion dirhams the previous week. There were 821 mortgage transactions, comprising mortgages for 484 residential units, 138 buildings, and 230 plots of land. Additionally, property grants last week amounted to 4.26 billion dirhams, up from 1.07 billion dirhams the previous week, with a total of 227 grant transactions.
