Azizi Developments has set its sights on an ambitious project: constructing a 725-meter tall tower on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road, which is poised to become the second tallest building in the world. This new landmark will be located just a short distance from the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, which stands at 828 meters.
Today, the official height of the tower was announced.
As I write this, the construction of the world’s second tallest tower, designed and developed by Azizi Developments, is underway in the prestigious Sheikh Zayed Road area of Dubai.
Azizi Developments is investing over AED 6 billion in the Burj Azizi project. This iconic development will not only transform Sheikh Zayed Road but also enhance Dubai’s skyline and its already impressive architectural landscape, taking it to new heights.
Innovative Design
Burj Azizi is much more than just a tall building in a prime location. Featuring cutting-edge design and state-of-the-art technology, the tower will house ultra-luxury residential units, a unique vertical shopping mall, the world’s highest observation deck, and a range of amenities and dining options at record-breaking heights. The 7-star hotel in the tower, with the world’s highest lobby, will reflect Dubai’s multicultural spirit by incorporating design elements from the seven major cultures of the world.
My intention behind investing in the Burj Azizi project goes beyond financial gain. I want Burj Azizi to serve as a lasting legacy, showcasing Dubai as a top destination for both residents and visitors. It will be an engineering marvel that raises the standards of quality, luxury, and innovation, even by Dubai’s already high benchmarks.
I am committed to this investment because I feel a deep sense of gratitude to this city, which has provided me with so much over the years—security, opportunities, a welcoming business environment, and a wonderful home for my family.
