Dubai Real Estate Transactions Reach AED 17.05 Billion in a Week
According to data from the Dubai Land Department, the Dubai real estate sector recorded transactions worth AED 17.05 billion (USD 4.6 billion) last week.
Sales transactions constituted a major portion of this figure. The department’s data indicates that the total value of sales transactions reached AED 12.31 billion (USD 3.4 billion).
In total, 4,153 sales transactions were recorded between February 3 and February 7.
Dubai Real Estate Transactions This Week
Some of the highest-value sales transactions recorded include:
🔸 An apartment in The Rings, Jumeirah, sold for AED 116 million (USD 31.6 million).
🔸 An apartment in Alba Residences, Palm Jumeirah, sold for AED 65 million (USD 17.7 million).
🔸 An apartment in Serenia Residences, Palm Jumeirah, sold for AED 58 million (USD 15.8 million).
Additionally, the Dubai Land Department reported that mortgage transactions amounted to AED 4.15 billion (USD 1.1 billion) over the past week.
During the same period, gift transactions were recorded at a total value of AED 586 million (USD 160 million)
