Dubai Ruler Sanctions Over AED 2 Billion in Housing Support

In the first half of 2024, over AED 2 billion in housing benefits was sanctioned by the Cabinet, led by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai.

These benefits included 2,618 housing approvals, reflecting ongoing initiatives to ensure a dignified life and appropriate housing for all citizens.

Earlier this year, Abu Dhabi unveiled housing benefits amounting to AED 2.18 billion, benefiting 1,502 citizens across the emirate.
