The Burj Binghatti is set to become Dubai’s latest record-breaking marvel upon its completion, claiming the title of the world’s tallest residential tower. Announced in 2022, this towering structure aims to surpass New York’s Central Park Tower in height.
Designed in collaboration with the luxury watchmaker Jacob & Co, Burj Binghatti is poised to be one of the most striking landmarks in the emirate. The Business Bay tower, expected to soar to a height of 555 meters, will offer apartments starting at Dhs8.2 million.
Once completed, it will become the second tallest building in Dubai, standing only behind the iconic Burj Khalifa.
Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences, located in Business Bay, will rise over 110 storeys high, offering luxurious two-bedroom and three-bedroom residences. Each room will feature breathtaking views of Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa, and the Dubai Canal.
Inspired by the intricate designs of Jacob & Co’s luxury timepieces, the tower will showcase diamond-shaped spires at its peak, adding a distinctive touch to Dubai’s skyline once completed.
Currently, Princess Tower in Dubai Marina holds the title of the tallest residential building in the city, standing at 413 meters with 101 storeys since its completion in 2012.
However, developers Binghatti face strong competition from the Six Senses Residences, also located in Dubai, in their bid to claim the title of the world’s tallest residential tower. Announced in April of this year, the Six Senses Residences will feature 251 units spread over 122 floors and is projected to reach a height of 517 meters upon its completion in 2028.
