Dubai’s newest architectural marvel, the Muraba Veil, is set to draw attention not for its height, but for its remarkable slender design. Standing at 380 meters, this ultra-narrow skyscraper will feature just one apartment per floor, making it one of the most slender skyscrapers in the world.
Located along Sheikh Zayed Road and overlooking the Dubai Canal, the Muraba Veil spans a mere 22.5 meters in width, redefining traditional skyscraper aesthetics and making a bold statement in contemporary urban design.
“A stunning yet subtle presence, the Muraba Veil emerges from the dunes in Dubai, a city that is both cosmopolitan and forward-thinking, offering a daring, arresting architectural spectacle,” commented the design team.
The 73-storey tower, designed by the renowned Pritzker Prize-winning Spanish firm RCR Arquitectes, will house 131 luxury apartments, each occupying the full width of the building and offering sweeping views from both sides. Residents will enjoy a wealth of high-end amenities, including a spa, fine dining restaurant, art gallery, private cinema, and a padel court.
What makes the Muraba Veil truly unique is the sleek, stainless steel “veil” that wraps around the structure, giving it a modern, elegant appearance. According to the developers, the design draws inspiration from local culture, with apartments designed after traditional Arab homes, arranged around an internal courtyard to create a peaceful and private atmosphere.
