Azizi Developments Unveils Apartment Prices for Burj Azizi, the World’s Second-Tallest Tower
Azizi Developments has officially announced the prices of apartments in Burj Azizi, set to become the world’s second-tallest tower.
The prices for ultra-luxury units start at AED 7,149 per square foot, with the highest reaching AED 34,000 per square foot. Apartment prices range from AED 7.5 million to AED 156 million.
Standing at an impressive height of 725 meters with over 131 floors, Burj Azizi will offer residential, hotel, retail, and entertainment spaces. Sales for the units will commence on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, across seven major cities: Dubai (Conrad Hotel), Hong Kong (The Peninsula), London (The Dorchester), Mumbai (JW Marriott Juhu), Singapore (Marina Bay Sands), Sydney (Four Seasons Hotel), and Tokyo (Palace Hotel).
Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, the tower is scheduled for completion by 2028.
“In Dubai and other global cities, new developments emerge every day, but projects like Burj Azizi happen once in a generation. I am thrilled to witness the journey of Burj Azizi from conception to launch,” said Mirwais Azizi, Founder and Chairman of Azizi Developments.
He further emphasized, “Burj Azizi is more than just a structure; it is a tribute to Dubai’s growing influence on the global stage.”
Dubai’s property market has experienced a surge in demand over the past four years, driving up both prices and rental rates. The luxury and ultra-luxury segments have been at the forefront of this growth.
According to Property Finder, Dubai recorded 180,987 real estate transactions in 2024, amounting to AED 522.5 billion—marking a 36.5% increase in volume and a 27.2% rise in value compared to the previous market peak in 2023. This growth was largely driven by off-plan sales.
Data from Skyscrapercenter shows that Dubai is home to 33 skyscrapers exceeding 300 meters—more than any other city in the world. Among the world’s 100 tallest completed towers, Dubai boasts 14, including Burj Khalifa, Marina 101, Princess Tower, 23 Marina, Elite Residence, The Address Boulevard, Ciel Tower, Almas Tower, Gevora Hotel, Il Primo Tower, JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Tower 1, JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Tower 2, Emirates Tower One, and The Torch.
Azizi Developments has revealed that Burj Azizi will set several new records, including the highest hotel lobby (level 111), the highest nightclub (level 126), the highest restaurant (level 122), and the highest hotel room (level 118). At the summit, a dedicated museum will document the tower’s history, featuring multimedia exhibits such as photos, videos, and graphics honoring key contributors to the project.
The tower will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with an amenity floor planned for every 20 residential levels. These floors will include swimming pools with sauna and steam rooms, a gym and yoga center, a spa, a games room with billiards, chess, and ping-pong, a business center, a children’s play area, a cinema, a restaurant and café, and a supermarket.
Azizi has also announced that the tower will house an exclusive all-suite seven-star hotel, inspired by seven cultural themes: Arabic, Chinese, Persian, Indian, Turkish, French, and Russian.
“Burj Azizi has been a dream of mine for many years. It has been a tremendous challenge, requiring relentless effort from experts worldwide. But I am delighted to share that this dream is now on its way to becoming reality,” Mirwais Azizi concluded.
