OMNIYAT, Dubai’s visionary real estate firm, set a new record by selling the four-bedroom Penthouse at The Lana Residences for Dh139 million, making it the most expensive property in Dubai’s Burj Khalifa district.
The Lana, curated by OMNIYAT, opened in April 2024 as a hotel and residential property managed by Dorchester Collection. The Lana Residences, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, overlooks the Marasi Marina between the Burj Khalifa District and the Dubai Design District. It is located in the heart of Marasi Bay’s 12km waterfront promenade and features an extensive yacht berth.
