Damac Islands 2 is the second phase of DAMAC Properties' island-themed community: four and five bedroom townhouses in clusters named after islands, set around a swimming lagoon, a nature park with a lake and waterfalls, a botanical garden and walking trails. Kayaking, hanging bridges and observation decks are part of the master plan.

Payment plans

The developer runs two structures, and which one applies depends on the cluster and the unit. The first collects 75% before handover:

The second structure starts at 16% on booking, collects 34% in instalments during construction and leaves 50% to completion.

Listed prices are the ceiling for each cluster and belong to the first structure. Until 30 September 2026 the developer covers the 4% DLD fee.
