Yes. Foreigners get full freehold ownership in designated areas including Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay and 40+ more. The title deed is registered in your name at the Dubai Land Department, and no residency is required.

Affordable apartments in areas like JVC and Dubai South start around AED 400,000 to 600,000, and the median apartment sale price is about AED 1.25 million (December 2025). Our advisors share exact prices and payment plans per project.

Yes. Property worth AED 2 million or more qualifies you for the 10-year Golden Visa, covering your spouse and children; the property can be off-plan or ready. AKT prepares the residency file alongside your purchase.

Yes. UAE banks finance foreign buyers: residents can typically borrow up to 80% of the value, while non-residents are usually offered 50 to 60%. Terms depend on your income and the bank's policy.

The main extra cost is the 4% Dubai Land Department transfer fee plus roughly AED 4,000 in trustee fees. On off-plan purchases the developer pays our commission, so you pay none; on ready properties the standard commission is 2%. There is no annual property tax and no tax on rental income in Dubai.

Gross rental yields typically range from 5 to 8% a year depending on the area and property type; these are market estimates, not guarantees. With no tax on rental income, gross yield is close to what you keep.

For a cash purchase you mainly need a valid passport. Extra documents such as income proof and bank statements are only needed if you apply for a mortgage. Buying remotely is possible, and our team coordinates the process.

A cash purchase of a ready property usually takes 1 to 2 weeks to transfer the title. Off-plan is reserved the same day, with handover following the project timeline.
